Our DAISUKI products are shipped securely and tracked from Belgium. Please provide a physical address as we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Kindly note that package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds for items shipped to hotels or temporary locations are not available. Once your order is placed, cancellations or adjustments are not possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email. Delivery times are estimated, and please refer to the provided timeline. Our products are currently shipped to Belgium and the Netherlands. Other countries will be added in the near future. 

damaged or lost package

All our parcels are sent insured (insurance is paid by DAISUKI). In the unfortunate event of damage or loss during shipping, please follow the guidelines below:

Notification Period: Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the damaged or lost parcel. It is important to contact us as soon as possible to initiate the claim process.

Damaged Parcel: In case of a damaged parcel, kindly ensure you save all packaging materials, including the box, wrapping, and any other protective materials used. These items may be required for inspection or documentation during the claims process.

Lost Parcel: If you suspect that your parcel is lost, we kindly request you to double-check the provided tracking number. It is essential to confirm the accuracy of the tracking details before proceeding with the claim.
