If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can effortlessly return your DAISUKI product(s) within 14 days of delivery. 

Please keep in mind the following guidelines for returns:

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original sealed cardboard packaging. Returns not meeting these requirements cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.

To ensure a safe return, please use an appropriate cardboard shipping box to protect the item(s) during shipment.

Start your return request by emailing info@daisukiscents.com. 

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once processed, we will refund the original payment method used for the purchase. The reimbursement may take 3-5 business days to appear on your original form of payment.

Important to know that the cost of return shipping labels will not be covered by our company. The corresponding amount will be deducted from the total refund.

! If you did not pick up your parcel on time, we will only refund the amount without the shipping costs and with a penalty fee of 2.5 euros.
